Before I started training with Erik I weighed over 110 kg’s and had ongoing shoulder pain from years of abuse playing squash. After 2 months of controlled exercise and movement, encompassing regular suitable stretching enabling me to train pain free I managed to shed over 20 kg’s, improve my posture and flexibility. In the time I have been working with Erik, I have found him to be completely empathetic, professional and sincerely concerned with my health and well-being. Erik always goes that extra mile and an example of that is that I contracted bells palsy some time ago, Erik visited me at home so as to continue my training and help me psychological to cope with the physical effects of my affliction.

Just a year ago I sort a good personal trainer to help me recover from a long term leg injury that was painful and required physiotherapy. I was assigned Erik at my health club and have never looked back. He has worked with me all year to build my core and strengthen my leg muscles plus my overall fitness (and my health has never been better). My blood pressure and cholesterol levels have been significantly reduced by a combination of Erik’s prescribed exercise regime and some diet changes. I will continue to work with Erik to be fitter, stronger and pain-free. He is an excellent personal trainer.
