Bodies Active takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. We understand that nutrition, stress, sleep and human movement are the building blocks of health and wellbeing.

The Trainer

Erik  has more than 4 years experience in the health and fitness field. He has graduated with a sports science degree from U.T.S. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, achieving various goals such as weight loss, physical reshaping as well as exercise rehabilitation for chronic and acute injuries e.g. back pain, shoulder and neck pain. Erik has an excellent track record in achieving client goals and needs as well as recent success in implementing corporate training systems for companies. Erik caters for all fitness levels and training environments and adjusts training to various needs and body types.

Qualification:

  • B.A in sport & exercise management
  • Exercise kinesiologist
  • Cert IV in Fitness
  • Rehab trainer qualified
  • Registered PT
  • Senior First Aid
